Your work crew, headed up by Rick and Kevin were fantastic. They really impressed us with their workmanship and neatness; they cleaned up the space every day, and took extra steps to ensure the dust and debris were kept to a minimum. We hardly knew that they were here.

We are very pleased with the way our basement has become much more functional with the design and workmanship of BFS Direct.
It became clear from the beginning that the crew who would do the work were courteous and competent. We were amazed at the careful way they took measurements for everything to ensure that ceiling, floor and walls lined up correctly. The PVC chair rail and crown molding cuts had to be accurate as it was impossible to use wood filler and paint to smooth out any gaps.
We certainly spend more time in our basement than ever before. The finished room is attractive and we are populating it with furniture to make it more functional. A large counter height island and stools are being added for dining and entertaining. It will also function as a craft center. The other primary side is both a theater and exercise area. The double doors to the one side of the stairway make it easy for us to move items that are stored as needed.
Men who came to our Super Bowl party and women who do scrap booking projects together all comment on the workmanship, appearance and functionality of the space. We assure them of our confidence in the work that was done and tell them how BFS arrived on the 1st day with a fully stocked trailer and equipment. When asked about how the construction interrupted our house we tell them that there was no interruption and the BFS did their major cutting outside in the driveway, utilized the egress window whenever possible to move items in the lower level and swept and cleaned at the end of each work day.

It's been several months since your crew wrapped up construction of our Joyce Oasis sunroom. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. It's so nice to step out the back of our house right into this beautiful sunny room free from bugs and direct UV. And on stormy days, we can sit safely behind the big windows and watch storms roll in. On a recent occasion we had friends over and watched the sun set while dining. It's a resort like setting in our own back yard.
What makes this room especially nice is that you designed the structure to hole the weight of our hot tub. We were able to bring it in from the garage and for the first time ever have a view outdoors. We're looking forward to relaxing in our tub this winter with the glass between us and the snow.
Finally, I know it was just chance that the color of the panels matched our siding, but with the matching roof shingles and color match on the siding, it looks like the room was built with the house. It's simply uncanny. One final note, your employees were courteous, respectful and very conscientious about their work. We couldn't have asked for a better couple of guys. Thanks for building this spacious, quality sunroom for us.

Our basement remodel by BFS Direct is wonderful. Thank you for creating a beautiful new space for our home. The project was professionally handled from start to finish - Ray and his team are experienced craftsmen. Our friends and family are amazed at the unique quality of the new fiberglass paneled walls and the laminate floor gives the area a rich finish. We are very happy with our finished Sunroom. It looks beautiful and the quality of the materials used are very good.
Everyone on the team, especially Rick and Kyle who were the primary builders on this project, are highly skilled, professional and very committed to doing high quality work. They arrived each morning on time and worked steadily all day despite the bitter cold temperatures and inclement weather on some of the days. They were always pleasant when asked questions and careful to clean up as they finished each step of the project. They were also very considerate and respectful of our 85 year old Mother's concerns and comfort level during the entire construction process.
We hope to enjoy our new Sunroom for may years to come. Thanks again to you and all of your team for your hard work and dedication.

We would like to take the time to tell you how thrilled we both are with our new basement. We call it our new basement because anyone who has seen it before the job does not recognize it now. As you already know we are not quite done with the finishing touches yet but are getting closer and closer now that your installer Dave has finished putting in the system we ordered.The Basement System we opted for is awesome! Everyone that has seen it has been amazed how durable and great looking it is.
We would also like to take the time to thank Dave Clark, your installer. Dave did an amazing job and took the time to personalize the room for us. We were very impressed with how neat and clean everything was at the end of each days work. We also were amazed at how much work Dave did by himself.
Our new room will be utilized to entertain guests and just plain relax, and we will always have the peace of mind that if we get flooded, we won't have to rip the walls apart and start from scratch.If you ever need a reference please don't hesitate to contact us.

Hello to Ray and everyone at BFS direct! Our basement room was completed last Friday and we wanted to send you a thank you. When we have planned renovations in the past, it has been hard to picture exactly how they will turn out. That is definitely the case with this room! It is much nicer than what we expected (and we were expecting a lot!) We really like the colors that we chose for the walls and floor And we were very impressed with all the care that Rick took doing the bulk of the work. We have big plans for our new space!
